Operation Process
01
Position the Assembly
The idler shaft is placed on the mandrel between both press heads, with bearings seated by hand on each shaft end.

PLC-Controlled Press Cycle
The PLC activates the synchronized concentric cylinders, which advance from both sides simultaneously toward the bearing seats.

Controlled Hydraulic Press
Both bearings are pressed to full seating depth with 40 BAR of controlled hydraulic force — no impact load, no seat damage.

Confirm and Release
Hydraulic pressure confirms full seating, cylinders retract, and the assembled idler is removed. The cycle repeats immediately.
